Error compiling code from source in Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download code in Windows from: http://kludgets.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/
2.
3. Get error sendMsgParam was not defined and other 4 errors.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program compiled

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using latest version from svn.
Windows  64 Bits
