No displayed menu clicking tray icon

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click right mouse on tray icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no displayed menu and just outline.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Kludgets/0.9.6    Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
