Can't Write Korean on Memo Widget

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write Korean on Memo Widget.
2. Restart Kludgets Widget.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no Korean on Widget. There are just some broken letters.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Kludgets 0.9.6     Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
