i bought new waveshare canhat 12000 crystal and i connecting it to resberry pi 4b and i get this massege

i try so many times to remove the image and install it back still same proplem any one please help me to fix this

VeCanSetup only supports one CANbus hat. If you want more than that, you will need to configure the system manually and not use VeCanSetup.
