tsinfo reports double the actual number of PAT packets #26
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run tsinfo against any legal mpeg-ts file.
2.compare the number of PATs reported to the actual number of PATs
The problem lies in tsinfo.c. On lines 113 and 168 num_pats is incremented
twice.
