Include/Exclude timestamp on generated files #5

Ability to include or exclude the timestamp on generated files.
Suggested by @e36m3 here:
The ability to remove the timestamp from the generated classes, this is an issue if I choose to always regenerate my classes even though perhaps I only changed 1 or 2 classes. The problem is that source control thinks that all of them truly changed because of the timestamp and it checks in a new version every time for no good reason.
