Multiple modems with the same soundcard simultaneously

It would be nice to find a way to enable the alsa plugins `dmix` and `dsnoop` so that we can use the same soundcard for multiple modems simultaneously. Currently we have to stop one modem before opening a new one configured with the same soundcard.

These plugins use IPC, so we might need to configure the containers to share the same IPC namespace.
