Can you also share the output of conda list?

@kate-davison Thanks a lot for the interest in our work. Indeed, as Guillaume pointed out,
could you kindly provide us with a minimal reproducible example how you installed the shiftml package ?

Additionally it would help us if you could provide us with the operating system and the processor architecture of the computer you are installing shiftml on?

We also recently launched the shiftml-webapp that runs ShiftML3 from the web: https://shiftml.materialscloud.io/, if you want to test if ShiftML3 is working for the systems you are working on.
