NULL variable from clue_gmt_from_deseq2

Hi, I was wondering if I could get help in using this package?

I am trying to use this function but unfortunately the result is NULL. My dataframe appears to be the same as the example. I have attached a picture of it below.

This is the line of code:
deseq2_gmt <- clue_gmt_from_deseq2(df3, name = "treatment_drug_x", alpha = 0.05)
