laminas-db is in security-only maintenance mode and the tutorials need to be rewritten.

A first step is to move or remove the description for setting up a database adapter.

The documentation of laminas-db could be an option but I am not sure if it is needed or worth the work.

All tutorials will be reworked and we will remove laminas-db completely.
