Dicomifier Installation in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Hello Everyone!

I would like to install dicomifier in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with Python 3.13.9 and Conda 25.11.0. I obtained the below error message during installation. Your assistance with troubleshooting is greatly appreciated!
