lando build fails when using nginx at any version

recently, lando app has failed to rebuild - and appears to be failing to build the nginx service. Possibly related to the way that bitnami deprecated the latest versions of nginx containers, as described here.

The error message show is: Error response from daemon: manifest for bitnami/nginx:1.25.5-debian-12-r7 not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown

I attempted to pin the nginx version to 1.29 (latest, as of today) - however that produced the following error: Error: wordpress-nginx version 1.29 is not supported - it seems that somewhere in lando or possibly the plugin disallows support for these versions.

@rfair404 we've updated the nginx plugin to handle the changes but we now need to roll all those changes out to all the recipes which we will be doing over the course of the week so look for updates.

you should now be able to lando update to @lando/wordpress@1.9.0 and do a lando rebuild to get the updated images
