FB21359872 - safari-extension:// URLs should not be added to Safari History

1. Build and enable the attached Safari extension HistoryBug
2. Open https://example.org in Safari
3. Allow HistoryBug on example.org
4. Select Show All History from the Safari History menu.

Expected results: The safari-extension:// URL of the extension example.html page is not added to Safari History.

Actual results: The safari-extension:// URL of the extension example.html page is added to Safari History. See the attached screenshot.
