Searchable Select Field in Nova Action Modal Shifts Focus to First Field After Selection

Description:

When using a searchable select field in an action form on a resource, selecting an option from the dropdown causes the focus to shift from the select box to the first field in the form.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue on a fresh Nova installation:

• Create new admin user and login nova interface with that
• Goto nova/resources/users and select anyone user
• Click on Email Account Profile from action dropdown
• Enter some random text in the Title field.
• Use the mouse to select an item from the Select box(any selection from action form).
• Notice that the focus shifts from the Select box to the Title field.
