Allow for custom playlist names

Users should be able to insert custom playlist names rather than the autogenerated name

Requirements

• User can pass a command line argument with a playlist name
• If the playlist exists, songs are added to the playlist
• Otherwise, the playlist is created
• If no argument exists, use the generated playlist name
