Publish crates to crates.io

Hi @lazear !

Finally back to work on this. I'm wanting to reuse lots of the great stuff in sage-core but realized (as far as I can tell?) that it's not even on crates.io yet!

Would you be able to publish the crates in crates/ to crates.io so that I could depend on sage-core in my own Rust project?

As I go along I'm happy to submit small PRs or tweaks if needed to make sage-core something easier for others to depend on too!
