addition of modified sites info. in sage output

Hi, I was wondering if you can add another feature to the sage output i.e. additional column to the results.tsv file that reports the modified sites (S230, T80, K38, etc.) identified by open search, cross verified from databases such as PhosphositePlus or iPTMnet?

I would be willing to review a PR that implements this, but it's not something high on my priority list at the moment - could probably look into doing just localization as a first step, but integration with outside datasources is somewhat out of scope (e.g. should be left to end users to implement)
