Set process title based on child

When running rgrcas a wrapper for supported utilities, process name is reported as rgrc, e.g.:

rgrc ping 1.1.1.1

This brings some inconveniences such as tmux tabs displaying rgrc as active program, not the underlying ping.
It would be nice if rgrc would update process title by stripping itself from the cmdline.
