update and fix test cases

• like needs fix in ldproxy for gpkg provider
• s_intersects update tests, see here for required changes
• s_equals check that filters are really the same as in FilterParameterSpecification.groovy (shouldn't some tests use NOT?)
• s_touches might need fix in ldproxy
• t_disjoint check that filters are really the same as in FilterParameterSpecification.groovy
