I was wondering if you'd like a VT100 screen hardware emulation.
I have some code that takes a VT100 memory dump and generates some PNM files showing what the hardware would be displaying.
A couple of minor emulator additions (ie the double size flags but not much else as Linux is pretty close to a VT100) and I should be able to add this as an alternative to the VGA emulation.
