🧩 Objective

Display an informational message in the Library section when no content has been saved.

📐 Functional Specifications

If the library is empty, display the following message centered in the section:
"Your library is empty! Browse the educational content and add the ones you want to easily find here."

🎨 UX/UI

• The message should appear only when the library is empty.
• Once content is added, the message should automatically disappear.
• Tone: Informative and engaging
• Position: Centered within the library content area
• Optional visual: An illustrative icon can be used to enhance the message
