business process based on auction, it consist of :

1. Auctioneer
2. Bidder

User sign up first and provide themselves with complete information and scanned ID card.
then after verified, user can login and start bidding on existing auction or start new auction.

Bidding:
the process of bidding is simple, user can input price with increment in the allowed time, and if they win the auction, they will be notified, and have to transfer the money in to the auctioneer. And if the winner can't pay or doesn't give confirmation about his payment for about 7 days, they will be expired and the auction can either goes to the second highest bidder or seller can choose to cancel the auction. The winner that cancelling or doesn't give confirmation will be penalized can't enter auction for 1 days, and if it repeated 3 times, they will be banned.

Start new auction
to start new auction user must be already verified, and can upload the photo and description about the product. Auctioneer can decide starting price and input expected price, which when the auction end, if the highest bid doesn't surpass the expected price, auctioneer can either just sell it to the winner or cancelling the auction, but it can only be repeated until 3 times, and then they will be banned.
