condo owner has no files to view UI #293
Description
This seems like a abckend error that is being displayed on our page because there is lacking UI for error handling. If the condo owner has no files to view, there should be a styled message that is displayed saying "there are currently no files", instead of this backend error
severity is lower because i will not show this during the demo
