Version 1.3 does not work on Star A3000 #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Search Light 1.3 from Android Market
2. Launch the application
3. Uninstall Search Light
4. Install Search Light 1.0 from F-Droid.org
5. Launch the application
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. ok
2. Light IS NOT turned on
3. ok
4. ok
5. Light IS turned on
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 on Android 2.2.1 (Star A3000)
Please provide any additional information below.
Version 1.0 can turn light on, but does not have an application icon and unable
to re-start light after clicking on the bulb.
