Automate the updating of coppy-demo #54
Description
Through a GH action or augmenting the bump task here in the coppy repo we should ensure the GH demo repo is updated.
I put the demo in source control and on GH so I could easily see the result of the changes I've made to Coppy on a real project. We have tests that do some of that but it's nice to see a diff of the end result.
