Just wondering if this is still maintained.

If not, do you have an alternative open source solution?

@adamclerk This is still maintained and in use at Lever.
Until recently, there has been little action on this module, though we will soon release an update that works better on Office 365 generated emails.
If you are not tied to using node and javascript, I recommend checking out Mailgun's Talon.

Also, we welcome contributions if you have noticed anything you'd like to improve!
