Primary_analysis_loop() fails for summed XAS data. #57
Description
The XASBatchAnalysis inherits BatchAnalysis.primary_analysis_loop(self, experiment, verbose) as the parallelization methods were previosuly spectroscopy agnostic. However now it seems to handle ROIs so XAS data where the smalldata has done adu filtering and summing is failing here.
