I have ran multiple sample in PSMC, most results are normal lines with curves, but in some samples, results are a straight line.(the dark blue one) I checked the input file, and each of them has about 0.3% heterozygosity locus. Samples have normal results have about 0.1% heterozygosity locus.
Why did this happened? And I want to know how to avoid this issue. Thank you!
