Add cloudbackup test that get's backups for deleted volume

Currently we only test for a valid workflow for not created volumes.

We need a test that does:

1. Create a volume
2. Creates a cloudbackup
3. Deletes the volume
4. Get's cloudbackuplist for the deleted volume without erroring out.
