feat(UI): Add an 'Updates' section to PicoForge #77

Proposed Feature
A new section in the picoforge application to provide community updates to the users using the application.
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Handling Invalid issues from users cause due to confusion about different repositories and releases made by librekeys.
Describe the solution you'd like
The updates/notification page will alert users about new releases of picoforge, new releases of pico-fido/libre-fido firmwares, what is community discussing about and news regarding the librekeys organisation.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This can also be a simple alert at the bottom or a toast, when application starts.
How would this improve the user experience?
Give PicoForge users a better idea about current status of picoforge and librekeys in general.
