Include the C64 Ultimate Palette #562
Description
The newest firmware of the Ultimate line of hardware by Gideon uses a palette that looks very good and is not yet included with RetroArch Vice. Maybe it can be included as one of the palette choices in Core Options->Video->VIC-II Color Palette, could be named "Ultimate" or "C64 Ultimate"?
