Experiment: display recently played loops on main page

quick brain dump:

• everything works without server-side code
  • nice to have: run headless browser in isolated sandbox as a permanent seed/relay
• player
  • js-ipfs is lazily loaded (asynchronously in the background)
  • when loaded, current utc time and looped interval are published to ipfs-pubsub-room
    • nice to have: use geoip to obtain user's country
• index/home
  • connect to ipfs-pubsub-room and display recent intervals in realtime
