Copy template file outside of project folder

I would like copy my color palette template file (.clr) to ~/Library/Colors. Is there a liftoff option to do it ?

It's probably possible to abuse the template system to jump up to external directories, but I'd seriously recommend against it. If this is a global setting, you might want to look into a dotfiles manager (like rcm instead.
