Option to disable numbers in passphrases

The dictionary contains numbers (0...1000) as words.
However, this can be undesirable if you want a genuine passphrase with no digits (and then perhaps to add digits via mutators).

Add an option to not use digits as words in passphrase and readable passphrase generators.
