Hammer JS, tap on close button triggered click event on element behind the dialog box

In mobile with Hammer.js, when I clicked the close button or overlay, the element behind the dialog boxbeing clicked too.

What did you expect to happen?
Click event should not be triggered when using Hammer.js

What actually happened?
Hammer.js 'tap' event triggered click on element behind the dialog box
