[Bug]: Wallpaper transition broken

Summary

Tested on the latest build. When enabling "show app backgrounds" in the "Home" section, upon entering into a game or app folder, and then hitting back to go "Home", the transition flashes the background art of the current rom selected before showing the proper Home background. This bug persists even if app backgrounds are disabled in the Folders section.

It basically always happens if "Show app backgrounds" is enabled in the Home section.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enabling "show app backgrounds" in the "Home" section.
2. Entering into a game or app folder that has a background or banner metadata
3. Hit back to go "Home". The transition flashes the background art of the current rom selected before showing the proper Home background. This is jarring.
