Does not run on Mac OS or Ubuntu OS

Currently AEME only runs on Windows operating systems. Would be great to expand it to run on Mac & Ubuntu but this will require their expertise. An easy first step would be getting GLM into AEME as their executables are available here: https://github.com/AquaticEcoDynamics/Binaries
