Support for Intel xe driver

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe TLP does not support the newer Intel xe driver, only the older Intel i915 one:

$ sudo  tlp-stat -g

Describe the solution you'd like

As Intel xe slowly becomes the standard for newer Intel GPUs I would love to see TLP support them.
Probably TLP could integrate with the new (kernel >= 6.18) Single Loop Power Controller (SLPC) feature:

$ cat /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/tile0/gt0/freq0/power_profile
[base]    power_saving

@josecastillolema Thanks for your suggestion. I don't have the necessary hardware to develop and test. However, I would welcome a pull request from you.
