如果没有安装 libxkbcommon-dev，当使用 dpkg-buildpackage 或 cmake 构建该包时，cmake 会报错，显示为找不到 XKB。该 PR 添加这个依赖。

fix: missing dependency libxkbcommon-dev in debian/control

Without `libxkbcommon-dev` installed, building the package via `dpkg-buildpackage`
or `cmake` fails in CMake checks, since the lack of `XKB`. Adding the dependency
helps `dpkg` to check it.
