Compile error: ‘GN_TRUE’ undeclared

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ./configure
2. make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I got the error
sai.c: In function ‘effect_sai_init’:
sai.c:38:9: error: ‘GN_TRUE’ undeclared (first use in this function)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

gngeo-6ad2a3d1bba3 on Debian GNU/Linux Wheezy, i686

Please provide any additional information below.

I added this line to src/effect/sai.c

#include "../gnutil.h"

#include "gnutil.h"
