bluetooth does not pair audio devices #129

hello guys, well i have a problem that is the pairing of a sennenheiser headphone, HD 4.40BT, the computer is an HP-EliteDesk-705-G4-SFF, what happens is that at the beginning it detected it and I was able to connect it lo, after a while, when making the pairing again it stopped working, it no longer appears for the linux mint bluetoouch manager. Can anyone help? Other friends at work are having the same problem, they also use the same computer.
