Invisible checkbox on Requirments tab of system update #1004

@MStefanyshyn

Description

@MStefanyshyn

Using mint-update to go from 22.2 to 22.3 there is supposed to be a checkbox to indicate that the user understands the risk of updating and until that checkbox is selected the 'apply' button remains greyed out.

When the following themes are selected that checkbox becomes invisible until the user hovers their mouse over it.

Mouse Pointer: DMZ-Black
Applications: Mint-Y-Dark-Red
Icons: Mint-Y-Yaru
Desktop: Eleganse-dark

Expected behavior
Checkbox should be clearly visible regardless of theme
