[BUG] Stuck at downloading mod

Name of mod

jellyfin-opencl-intel

Name of base container

jellyfin 10.10.7

Current Behavior

Stuck at:
Jellyfin | [mod-init] Running Docker Modification Logic
Jellyfin | [mod-init] Adding linuxserver/mods:jellyfin-opencl-intel to container
Jellyfin | [mod-init] Downloading linuxserver/mods:jellyfin-opencl-intel from lscr.io

Expected Behavior

download once and stays. doesn't redownload mod on every container start

Steps To Reproduce

1. load jellyfin 10.10.7 with this mod

Environment

- OS: linux
- How docker service was installed: compose

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

image: lscr.io/linuxserver/jellyfin:10.10.7

Container logs

Jellyfin  | [mod-init] Running Docker Modification Logic
Jellyfin  | [mod-init] Adding linuxserver/mods:jellyfin-opencl-intel to container
Jellyfin  | [mod-init] Downloading linuxserver/mods:jellyfin-opencl-intel from lscr.io

...on every container start...

I think currently the DOCKER_MODS will take the mod script to run every time the container is being started, but lscr.io is also not that stable enough for me which usually timeout after long wait and may stuck at container startup. you could try remove lscr.io from string to use the mod directly from dockerhub and see if it helps.

Or add those mods to the image at build stage is a good idea.
