Wanted change

Add a way (either environment or by supplying additional args) to set the ControlIP=:: so that the service/container also works in an IPv6 environment.

Reason for change

nzbget cannot be used in an environment which only support IPv6

The best way would be for the user to change the config file in persistent storage themselves.

I don't think that, in a space where people tend to automate everything, a valid answer to "IPv6 support" (or any configuration issue) would be to do something manually
