Exception Handler

• Add new exceptions as we continue to develop the application
• Flesh out the exception handler class
• Integrate Exceptions into the UI (ie messages to the user)

Considering an addition of a log file for debug / end user purposes. Still unsure if there will be a class that acts as a "Exception Handler" as Java handles exceptions well on its own.
