Help users find overlapping documents #44
Description
Continuation of #39
Idea is to help users find documents that overlap with their criteria and are in the central repo.
- Take either a PMCID list or a PMC query as input
- Find overlap between requested PMCIDs and centralized repo + requested n documents and prioritize those PMCIDs, in addition to
ndocuments needed to reach requested set size - Run pubget on that set documents
- Add new documents from search (i.e. assuming new version of existing documents is prefered-- could make this configurable).
