Old Settings.cfg file isn't updated when updating the version #20
Description
If you had installed the v0.1 version and then installed the v0.2 version, the Settings.cfg file wouldn't update.
This is causing the Startify to not work properly (for example not showing when pressing the windows key (the normal start menu would show) and only sometimes showing after pressing the start button with a mouse, it also showed the error that it couldn't fine the start button tooltip to hook into).
Deleting the Settings.cfg file manually from %userprofile%\Startify and then installing the v0.2 version again (so the file creates itself again) fixed the problem.
