Hi there,
I would like to express my appreciation for the great help that your DeepSimulator1.5 has provided in my research. I have a couple of questions that I would like to ask regarding the use of your tools.
Firstly, I am interested in using your tools to generate ONT reads with various levels of methylation. Would it be possible for me to use your tools for this purpose?
Secondly, I am curious about how your tool is able to generate various levels of methylation with a given reference genome. As you know, a reference genome only provides ATCG information and does not include modification information. I would be grateful if you could provide some suggestions on this matter.
