click_assisted_conversions_over_last_click_conversions column deprecated by google

Hey @DillonMorrison and perhaps @snarron, it appears as if google deprecated one of the fields in adwords_campaign_performance_reports so it's no longer available in the table. Here's a blog post about it.

That field is used on the Campaign Lookup and Adwords Capmaign Performance Overview dashboards. I couldn't quite tell if there was another way to calculate that field, so didn't want to submit a PR to remove it entirely.
