Saving pdbqt of docked Multiple Ligands with Poses at the Same Time

Hello! I have docked 25 compounds to output 20 docked poses each. I would like to save every pose for each docked compound all at once without having to click on each compound and save all of the poses 25 times manually. Reason for this is that I plan to dock hundreds of compounds in the future and I need to save all of the compound poses for every compound in a .pdbqt format to process through a machine learning pose-rescoring method called SCORCH.

Is this possible to do?

I am sorry. Currently, the dockey can not support for exporting pdbqt. We will implement it in dockey2.
